History or Comments

If you are a former crewmember of the USS Corry (DD/DDR-817), we hope you have taken the small amount of time it takes to fill out the form.

The association now has a roster of over 300 members.

Our first reunion was held in San Antonio, TX, with Tin Can Sailors on June 21 thru June 25, 1998.

Our second reunion was held April 29th thru May 2nd, 1999, at the VA Beach Resort Hotel & Conference Center, 2800 Shore Drive (Rt. 60), Virginia Beach, VA 23451. 

Our third reunion was held in Annapolis, MD,  April 19-22,  2000, at the Loew's of Annapolis, 126 West. Street.

Our fourth reunion ws held Pittsburgh, PA, on June 22 thru June 25, 2001

 

We have an association newsletter with articles from the ship’s history, and former crew members.

The dues are currently $20.00 per year, payable to:
